Domukha Swimming Pool & Children Park
The Swimming Pool and Children’s Park Project is located at Shivasatakshi-10 Domukha. The municipality has built a swimming pool and children’s park, which has not come under full-fledged operation until now. To maintain the same and to develop the project area into a multipurpose tourism hub, the municipality is seeking to lease the property for at least 25 years. As the project aligns with our company’s purpose and goal, we are thrilled to take part in the bidding process. We will develop the 5 bigha project area into a multipurpose tourism project that includes the following components :
Components of Project
1. Swimming Pool with Restro & Bar
We will develop the area into a swimming school in the afternoon for school children and the general public seeking to learn to swim. In the evening we will transform it into a lounge bar with recreational activities and good food. Our kitchen is the heart of our operation, and we intend to invest in state-of-the-art equipment and technology to improve efficiency, hygiene, and the quality of our culinary offerings. This will enable us to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

2. Children's Park (Outdoor and Indoor)
The indoor children’s play zone will be fully air-conditioned and will involve various educational and recreational activities for children. The outdoor park will include rock climbing, train rides, green lanes, and other activities.

We plan to build an eco resort with at least 30 rooms facing the holy Mai Khola. The resort will depict a unique blend of culture, nature, and luxury, reflecting the region’s rich diversity. The family cottages will add to a grander experience and bonding opportunities for families. The beach shacks will be an added feature for adventure lovers and youths for a unique beach experience in eastern Nepal.
5. Destination Wedding Venue
Considering the natural vibes of the area, we plan to build the area as a destination venue for weddings, engagements, and parties. The lush green ambience and ideal location of the project are believed to be the game changers in the field, and we want to fully utilize the prospect that it can bring to the company and local community.

The white sandy beach and continuously flowing water, along with the sunbath, will redefine the way holidays are spent.
